About the Author

At the age of 15, Dino was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes (type 1). Managing diabetes has been very challenging for both Dino and his family. Living with diabetes is an on-going process of educating oneself on the latest developments in healthcare as well as experimenting with alternative methods for managing and ultimately curing the disease. This has been an exciting, challenging, and painful journey for Dino, and now he is pleased to share his insights on preventing, managing, and curing diabetes.
